Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at valoramira@gmail.com. Returns address will be provided once your request is approved.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including personalised items (such as name necklaces), unless they arrive faulty or incorrect.
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
